Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients of Dusta Vrana will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, and socio-economic status. -Patients will fully be giving well-returned informed consent. -Patients suffering from Dushta Vrana as per diagnostic criteria -Lesion of size between 1 Sq.cm. To 25 Sq.cm. will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age. -Patients with disorders like Malignancy, Syphilis, Tuberculosis, and Leprosy. -HIV+ve, HBsAg+ve, VDRL+ve. -Burns, Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Osteomyelitis & Anaemia.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate & and compare the clinical efficacy of vrana dhoopan with Coconut Coir And proven vrana dhoopna formulation in the management of dusta vrana.Timepoint: Treatment will be conducted for a maximum of up to 10 days. The patient will be assessed on days 2nd,4th,6th,8th, and 10th days in both groups during the treatment period.

MeasureTime frame
-To evaluate healing potential of vranadhoopan formulations under study.Timepoint: Follow up will be taken after 7 and 15 days of the procedure.
