Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective major abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia scheduled for thoracic epidural insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pateint?s refusal Pregnancy Emergency surgeries Contraindication to central neuraxial block
