Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have participated in intercollegiate basketball competitions. Candidates ready to participate voluntarily. Subjects reporting pain free activity and are currently participating in all training programs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having recent injuries or surgical procedure. Candidate unwilling to participate. Subjects reporting pain during SEBT balance testing

MeasureTime frame
Hamstring flexibility assessed with sit and reach test. Dynamic balance measured with SEBT balance test. Functional performance with vertical jump test. Timepoint: Hamstring flexibility assessed with sit and reach test. Dynamic balance measured with SEBT balance test. Functional performance with vertical jump test. Outcome measure will be assessed after 8 weeks of study.
