Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational female sports players. Non-contact sports. Female sports players who are actively engaged in sports for more than 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute or chronic inflammation of pain disability, fever, infections, iron supplementation, pregnancy, use of any anti-inflammatory drugs. Females who are participating in other sports as well.
