Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing and ready to give consent 2. Having symptoms as per menopause rating scale (MRS). 3. Menopause rating scale (MRS) score more than 11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with Known Case of hypothyroidism, heart disease, diabetes mellitus. 2. Established case of any mental health disorders undergoing any treatment. 3. Known case of carcinoma (any type of malignancy). 4. Patient suffering from Menorrhagia.
