Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients, who give the written informed consent will be taken 2. Age between 18 years and 50years 3. Thermal burn injury size between 10- 30% total body surface area(TBSA) 4. Admission within 8 hours after injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not giving consent 2. Electrical burn 3. Age of less than18 years 4. any co-morbid condition (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, renal failure, end stage liver disease and severe cardiovasculardisease) 5. Nephrotic syndrome 6. Exudative enteropathy 7. Malnutrition
