Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from insomnia since last one month and up to 2 years. 2.Patient having complaint of insomnia at least 3 nights a week or more. 3.Patient of age group 18 years to 60 years. 4.Patient of either sex. 5.Patient not registered on any other research project. 6.Patient of insomnia with hypertension, depression and anxiety disorders. 7.Patient not taking any medicine for a sleeping illness since last one week. 8. Patients having either long sleep latency, frequent nocturnal awakenings or early morning awakening or either having two of them or having all these factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from any major systemic illness. 2. Patient suffering from psychiatric illness except Depression and anxiety disorder which may affect the sleeping condition of patient. 3. Patient not willing to sign the inform consent. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Patient who will not be able to follow the schedule during the study period.
