Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate left ventricular diastolic function by measuring Peak flow velocity of early diastolic filling E Early diastolic mitral annulus velocity e using Transesophageal echocardiography(TEE) under sevoflurane or propofol based anaesthesia in patients undergoing Coronary artery bypass graft on cardiopulmonary bypass Timepoint: 48hrs

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare other parameters of diastolic function between sevoflurane and propofol group ; Late diastolic filling(A), Deceleration time (DT) , Peak systolic flow velocity (S), Peak diastolic flow velocity (D), S/D ratio, Peak reversal atrial flow (Ar), Duration of reverse atrial flow (Ar dur), Late diastolic mitral annulus velocity(a’). To determine the Vasoactive inotropic Score (VIS ) between sevoflurane group and propofol group . To assess the duration of Mechanical ventilation & ICU stay between sevoflurane group and propofol group Timepoint: 7 days
