Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all gender will be included. Age group: 18-25 years Participants who are willing to participate. Participants with atleast 1 year of training experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing participation in last 6 months. Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded.
