Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 years to 50 years of both male and female adults with forward head posture. 2. Participants with craniovertebral angle more than 49 degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If participant had any injury or underwent surgery in the past year. 2. Participant with persistent pain or pathology. 3. Participant with any musculoskeletal, cardiovascular or neurological disease.
