Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
electrical activity of the erector spinae muscles by surface EMGTimepoint: Time point 1.at baseline. Time point 2. immediately (within 10 minutes) after foam rolling.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Angle of electrical silence by inclinometerTimepoint: Time point 1.at baseline. Time point 2. immediately (within 10 minutes) after foam rolling.
