Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females within the age group of 18-25 years with one or more characteristics of menstrual distress Female willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females having secondary dysmenorrhea. Females having menstrual abnormalities. Females taking pain-relieving medications. Diagnosed cases of Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
