Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: with STEMI undergoing primary angioplasty regardless of baseline TIMI flow.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Post- CABG patients 2.Those who received thrombolytic therapy or platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor inhibitors prior to angiography. 3.Inability to cross lesion with IVUS catheter. 4.Pregnant
