Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects above 30 years of age diagnosed as hypertensive and on hypertensive treatment and living in the field practice area of study center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are physically and psychologically unwell to comprehend the instructions. b. Subjects with difficult hearing. c. Pregnant and lactating mothers
