Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with the age between 18 to 60 years without any bar of age, sex, religion. 2.Patients with typical clinical findings suggestive of Chittodvega (GAD). 3.Chronicity less than one year 4.Patients rating mild to moderate (17 to 24) Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. 5.Patients not practicing or irregularly practicing Yoga, Bhramari Kumbhaka and Omkara Pranayama.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 18 years and above 60 years of age. 2.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 3.Patients who are detected with major psychological anomalies. 4.Patients practicing Yoga, Bhramari Kumbhaka and Omkara Pranayama regularly. 5.Patients rating more than 24 Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. 6.Chronicity more than one year.
