Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who are willing to participate. 2. Volunteers with the age between 18 to 60 years. 3. BMI 18.5 kg/m2 to 24.9 kg/m2 (according to WHO). 4. Assessment of HS-19 with more than 75% result at all the 2 or 3 levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who are not willing to participate. 2. Volunteers with Age: less than 18 years and more than 60 years. 3. Volunteers with HS-19 score less than 75% at all the 2 or 3 levels. 4. Volunteers with bleeding phase of menstrual cycle. 5. Volunteers having systemic diseases like uncontrolled HTN, DM, RA or any other infectious skin diseases. 6. Volunteers who have been hospitalized 3 months prior to enrolment in the study. 7. Pregnant and lactating women. 8. Volunteers having BMI above 24.9 kg/m2. 9. Volunteers having Ajirna or any other Santarpanotha Vikara.
