Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients of Kshudra Kustha or patients having sings and symptomes of Eka Kustha , Kitibha Kustha , Vipaadika , Dadru ,Vicharchika will be included. Patients of the group between 18-60 years. Patients irrespective of gender,caste,religion,occupation,socioeconomic statusetc. Patients willing to give their consent to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with any psychological disorder. Persons suffering from chronic systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus,Thyroid disease, Cardiac diseases etc. Patients not willing to participate in the study.

Evidence based data related to the association of Diwaswapna and Rakta Dhatu Pradoshaja Vikara w.s.r. to Kshudra Kustha, will be generated through present study.Timepoint: 1 Year

which can be used to create awareness among modern society regarding importance of proper Nidra (Sleep).Timepoint: 1 Year.
