Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study included Young adults who are willing to participate available at the time of data collection mild to moderate anemia i.e 11-11.9 and 8-10.9mg/dl respectively measured by haemoglobin estimation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: absent at the time of intervention and post test having haemoglobin level less than 8g/dl Having history for systemic, neurologic, GI or psychological diseases
