Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy individual. 2 Both males and Females. 3 Subjects who are willing to participate in the study. 4 Group 1: Subjects who are new to Suryanamaskara practice 5 Group 2: Subjects who have practiced Suryanamaskara atleast for the period of 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects having any health issues such as hypertension, diabetes, Chronic obesity 2 Subjects should have Fever, acute inflammation, boils or rashes. 3 Subjects who are on any kind of medication 4 Females: Onset of menstruation. 5 Subjects should not have undergone surgeries
