Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients should have chronic knee pain ( > 2 months) with associated radiographic evidence of Osteoarthritis such as joint space narrowing and/or osteophytosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Osteoarthritis (posttraumatic or rheumatoid arthritis) 2. Flexion deformity more than 10 degrees 3. Varus/valgus deformity more than 20 degrees 4. Those who refuse to give consent
