Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with classical symptoms of pandu, age group of 20-60 years, Hb level between 6.5-11 g% irrespective of gender, race, occupation and socio-economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with age less than 20 years and above 60 years. Patients with infectious disease. Patients with unusual haemolysis. Patients with hereditary elliptocytosis and autoimmune anaemia. Patients having unusual blood loss. Patient with haemoglobinopathies. Pregnant and lactating women
