Intervention1: Sign language-based video and edutainment: Experimental group will receive oral health promotion via sign language-based video and edutainment with the help of online interactive games.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 6-16 years old children and adolescents of either gender studying in special/government schools 2. Those with moderate to severe hearing impairment and not using hearing aids 3. Who are well-versed in Indian sign language 4. Who agrees to participate and provide written informed consent from parents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents with any other debilitating illness/disease/syndrome 2. Those who have had dental treatment in the previous 6 months 3. Uncooperative children and adolescents who are unable to cope with the examination procedures.
