Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sperm count less than 15million/ml Sperm motility less than 40% Sperm Morphology less than 4% Patient fit for both Niruha and Anuvasana basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject with azoospermia Congenital reproductive disorders like Absence of bilateral vas deferens, Cryptorchidism, marfans syndrome, klinefelters syndrome. Subejects with grade 2 varicocele. Subjects with systemic disorders like Tuberculosis, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
