Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)children between 28 days to 18 years. 2)BMI Z score 3)enteral nutrition support for feeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)contraindication to enteral nutrition 2)parentral nutrition. 3)condition requiring significant fluid restriction. 4)progressive neuromuscular disorder. 5)medical condition where increased or decreased protein required.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) PICU length of stay 2) total duration of hospital stay 3) PICU mortality in two groups Timepoint: day 1 , day 3 , day 7 , on PICU discharge , on hospital discharge

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
secondary outcome includes to compare developement of feeding intolerence , diarrhea , GI bleeding in two group along with anthropometric measurements during intervention on day 1 , 3, 7 and at PICU discharge and hospital discharge.Timepoint: outcome will be measure on day1 , 3 ,7 on PICU discharge and on hospital discharge.
