Inclusion criteria: patients with h/o knee joint pain patients of either gender with age group 40-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and lactation h/o any chronic inflammatory diseases patients with major systemic,endocrine and metabolic diseases
