Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with healthy periodontium 2. Patients diagnosed with periodontitis 3. Patients with no history of any kind of systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No previous periodontal treatment. 2. Patients with history of smoking and tobacco chewing 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Patients diagnosed with bleeding disorders. 5. Patients on any kind of medications.
