Intervention1: CRICOID ULTRASOUND: CALCULATE CRICOID DIAMETER ON ULTRASOUND AND DECIDE SIZE OF DOUBLE LUMEN TUBE ON BASIS OF THE VALUE OBTAINED.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA class I, II, III. 2.Surgeries requiring placement of left sided Double lumen tubes. 3.Presence of preoperative CT scan of thorax.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the study 2. Distorted or altered airway anatomy (previous airway surgery, history of radiotherapy to pharynx, larynx or trachea). 3. Pre-existing sore throat or hoarseness of voice. 4. Tracheostomised patient. 5. Absence of pre-operative CT scan. 6. Intraluminal tumour in airway. 7. Anticipated difficult airway [Mallampati score >3] 8. Poor cricoid visualization on ultrasonography.
