Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age gruop between 18-70 years. 2. Gender male and female both 3. fasting blood sugar level in between 126 - 200 mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar in between 200 - 350 mg/dl 4. Patient with diabetes mellitus type2 on tablet metformin 500mg will also be in inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes mellitus type1, acromegaly, cushing syndrome, pancreatic disorder 2. Patient who are under insulin therapy 3. Pregnant and lactating mothers 4. Patient with acute complications like hyperglycemic, coma, ketoacidosis, and gangrene
