Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age group 16-60years irrespective of their religion,gender and economic status 2. Patients having the cardinal features of Shleepada. That is lymphangitis,Pain, tenderness, swelling, lymphedema on leg only. 3. The disease must be within one year history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Below age 16 & above 60 yr 2. More than one year chronicity 3. Hydrocele 4. Cardiac disease 5. Chronic HTN more than one year 6. Pregnancy and lactation 7. Hyperglycemia 8. Myxoedema
