Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 -4 ; Age 18 - 70 ; Posted for elective and emergency midline laparotomy ; BMI 18- 30 Kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal ; Known allergy to drug used in the study ; Pre-existing neuropathy, coagulopathy ; Local site infection ; Hepatic, renal or cardiorespiratory failure
