Inclusion criteria: Prediagnosed patients of Urdhavag Amlapitt Irrespective of sex and socioeconomic status age group 18-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with acute condition like hematemesis and cronic condition like malignancy will be excluded from the study
