Inclusion criteria: All intubations in Critical Care Unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients Intubations during cardiac arrest and crash intubation Awake and fibreoptic intubations

To measure the compliance with each component of the safe intubation bundle.Timepoint: post implementation of the safe intubation bundle

To measure the following incidences ,pre and post implementation of the safe intubation bundle 1.Hypotension 2.Hypoxemia 3.Cardiac Arrhythmia 4.Cardiac arrest 5.Numer of intubation attempts 6.Other adverse outcomes around the time of intubation.Timepoint: pre and post implementation of the bundle
