Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are fit for Virechana Karma. Those who are fit for Basti Karma. Patient will be selected irrespective of gender, occupation and habitat. Age group 20-60 years. Patient presenting classical sign and symptoms of Vatarakta

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not fit for Virechana Karma. Those who are not fit for Basti Karma. Pregnant Women and Lactating Mother. The patient has any other systemic disorder viz. Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension etc. Hemarthrosis, Koch’s Arthritis, Septic Arthritis, Chronic Renal Failure, Severe Systemic Multi organ syndromes
