Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with maxillofacial fractures requiring maxillomandibular fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comminuted fractures of factial bones. parhological fractures, edentulous ridges. Patients with metabolic disorders, bleeding disorders, history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy
