Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy individuals of different age groups ranging from 18 years to 30 years. 2.Patients presenting with thin gingival biotype maxillary anteriors. 3.Patients with good periodontal health and oral hygiene without bone loss or gingival inflammation. 4.No history of dental or traumatic lesion. 5.Patients having adequate keratinized tissue width.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Patients who have undergone periodontal treatment less than six months before the study. 2. Patients allergic to Flax seeds (Linum Usitatisimum) or gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica). 3. Patients with severe malocclusion or those undergoing active orthodontic therapy. 4. Smokers and tobacco chewers. 5. Patients with systemic diseases.
