Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of either gender,aged between 18-50 years are included subjects with BMI ranged between 30-34.99(Kilogramme per meter square)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of systemic diseases which interferes with the intervention like uncontrolled DM HTN IHD Thyroid dysfunction Pregnant and lactating women
