Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients with chronic ankle instability using CAIT score less than 25 Individuals with BMI more than 23 acc to asian scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute ankle instability Recent Lower extremity or upper extremity fractures(last 6 months) patients with a history of cardiovascular and recent surgeries(last 6 months) uncontrolled diabetes less than 140/90mmhg uncontrolled hypertension less than 180ml/dl
