Inclusion criteria: 1. The cases where medicines from Cucurbitaceae family will be indicated. 2. Cases of all races and religion will be indicated. 3. Caes of all socioeconomic conditions will be included. 4. Cases having chief complaint of nervous system, locomotor system, digestive system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases with severe systemic pathology will be excluded. 2. Cases with irreversible pathology will be excluded from the study. 3. Female cases those are having pregnancy will be excluded.
