Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all patients are inclusion age of 20yrs to 40 yrs of ages and both gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases without proper follow-up (at least 3 irregular follow-up) will be excluded from the study. Complication of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, metabolic disorder chronic liver disease. Immuinocompromised patient, malignancy, drug addiction.
