Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects having BMI ranging between 25- 29.9 kg/m sq Subjects having sign and symptoms of sthaulya kshurda shwas, kshudhatimatra, pipasadhikya, swedadhikya, atinidra, daurgandha , daurbalya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Below 20 yrs and above 50 yrs. 2) BMI below 25 and above 29.9 3) Subjects known case of cardiac, pulmonary renal and hepatic diseases, etc. 4) Subjects having medical emergencies associated with like Coronary Heart disease, Atherosclerosis, Myocardial infarction etc. 5) Pregnant females and lactating women’s. 6) Subjects having history of diabetic mellitus, thyroid disorder and HTN, and other endocrine disease. 7) Overweight due to drug eg. -corticosteroids. 8) Subjects suffering from peptic ulcer disorder, bledding disorder were excluded.
