Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Individual with trigger points in trapezius muscle b)Individual having pain for about 3weeks up to 3 months c)Having no specific pathology involved d)Subjects between the age group of 18-30 years e)Both Gender f)Pain intensity on NPRS between 2 to 6 Individual who are willing to take part in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Individual with any neurological problems related to cervical spine. b)patients with trauma and surgery around neck and shoulder in past one year. c) cervical myelopathy, congenital anomalies like torticollis etc. d)motor weakness of upper limb and fibromyalgia. e)Hypersensitivity of skin
