Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 15 and 40 Patients with no other systemic diseases Mandibular molars with symptoms of irreversible pulpitis, Moderate to severe pain on a visual analogue scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate in the study, Patients ages are not between 15 and 40. Patients who are allergic to lignocaine, Medically compromised patients, Teeth with apical periodontitis, Non-vital teeth, Immature young permanent teeth, Patients who had taken analgesics, steroids, or antibiotics within the previous 48 hours
