Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with a diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Dissociative Disorder, and Depression as per Diagnostic Criteria of ICD 10 DCR (WHO 1993). Participants scoring above the cut-off score of 3 and above on Emotional disorder, 1 on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) clusters of DPCL. Both gender from 12 to less than 18 years. Average IQ measured by Seguin- Form Board Test (SFBT) and social quotient by Vineland social maturity scale (VSMS). Participants who can comprehend Hindi and/or English language. Participants providing assent/consent and written informed consent provided by parents/caregivers for the study. Participants with no history of receiving psychotherapeutic intervention of any kind in current admission. Participants in Treatment as usual shall be matched for age, sex and handedness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of chronic or other significant general medical/neurological illness. Participants with a Cut-off score of 3 and above on the psychosis cluster of DPCL. Participants who had prior exposure to any mode of brain stimulation.
