Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all preterm neonates born in our institution and referred from other institutions. they are followed up till 2 months post discharge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pre term neonates who have not done KMC since birth. congenital heart disease, severe congenital anomaly
