Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants willing to complete our intervention period 2. A fulfilling baseline of GHQ-12 screening 3. Participants who never practiced any meditation 4. Normal and corrected vision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any brain surgery prior six months 2. With Visual deformities and serious eye disorder 3. Any physical, mental, emotional ailments or disorders 4. Substance abuse or drug withdrawal syndrome 5. Not fulfilling screening criteria 6. Female subjects will be excluded from assessments during PMS and Menstrual Phase

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The present study is intended to explore the neural activity of the brain and cardiac function of meditators and non-meditators before and after intervention. Also, the present study will explore the association between heart and brain of both the groups before and after intervention.Timepoint: Baseline, 12 week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The present study will explore the impulsive behaviour meditators and non-meditators before and after intervention. It will also evaluate the differences between two different groups.Timepoint: All the data will be collected before and after intervention.
