Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II , controlled hypertensive patients.Patients with valid informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to participate in the study. Patients with other co-morbidities. Pregnant Patients. BMI >30kg/m2 Patients with anticipated difficult airway
