Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 16-25 years. 2. Only males are included. 3. No orthopedic deformity. 4. Willing to participate. 5. Able to read and write English. 6. Playing experience of atleast 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent injuries within one year like fractures, dislocations, sprains, neurological injuries etc. of neck, upper and lower extremity. 2.Any major surgery within one year. 3.Any history of joint pain, shoulder impingement syndrome, musculoskeletal disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, or specific injuries to the hands or shoulders. 4.Not willing to participate.
