Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients in age group 25 to 60 yrs 2) all genders 3) Patients with essential hypertension in range Systolic BP :124 to 140 mm Hg Diastolic BP : 84 to 98 mm Hg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients already on antihypertensive drugs 2)Patints suffering from IHD arhhythmias, cardiovascular diseases 3)cerebrovascular diseases 4)sr.creatinine more than 2 mg/dl 5)Pregnancy and lactating mothers
