Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full time housemaker. Age between 30-70. Participants having any kind of musculoskeletal complaint or not. Females standing in the kitchen for at least 3 hours/day and minimum working for 5 days /week. Participant willing to participate will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: House maker having maid. Age level below 30 and above 70. Pregnant women. History of any neurological condition like Parkinson , stroke etc. and other pathological condition like osteomyelitis and neoplasm. Work for less than 2 years at home.
