Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with the classical sign and symptoms of Janu Sandhigatavata 2.Presence of at least two symptoms of Upastambhit vata along with symptoms of Janu Sandhigatavata like warmth of knee joint without multiple joint involvement, Swelling over knee joint, associated with presence of Aam at GI level or generalized i.e. average to poor appetite, abdominal heaviness, heaviness in body, feeling of lethargy, indigestion and unsatisfactory bowel habits. 3.Patients willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering with other forms of arthritis like Rheumatoid Arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, infective arthritis or Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. 2.Patients with end stage knee OA, operated or suggested knee replacement, unable to walk without aids, polyarthralgia, any other surgical or medical condition that severely limit subjects functional abilities. 3.Patients having trauma over knee joint. 4.Patients not willing to participate in the study
